Neil William Rainbow

Neil was born in March 1948. Neil's father was Christopher James Rainbow and his mother is Cecelia Madeleine McDonald. His maternal grandparents were William Herbert McDonald and Margaret Mary Hurley. He has two brothers and a sister, named Brian, Peter and Dianne. He is the third oldest of the four children.
