Malcolm John (Max) McDonald

Malcolm was born in October 1946. Malcolm's father was Reuben McDonald and his mother is Phyllis Edna Levitt. His paternal grandparents were James Martin (Alexander) McDonald and Amelia Donnell. He has a brother and two sisters, named Reuben, Pamela and Gail. He is the youngest of the four children.
