Ernest John McDonald

Ernest was born in 1887. Ernest's father was John Joseph McDonald and his mother was Catherine (Kate) Gannon. His paternal grandparents were Joseph McDonald and Margaret Winterbottom. He had six brothers and a sister, named Francis, Richard, Cecil, Cyril, Harold, John and Theresa. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 3 in 1890.
