David Leonard McDonald

David was born in April 1956. David's father is Loughnan Phillip John McDonald and his mother is Joyce Mavis Barrett. His paternal grandparents were William John McDonald and Thelma Constance Stokes. He had two brothers and a sister, named Kevin, Russell and Julie. He is the second oldest of the four children.
