Arthur was born on January 11th, 1890.  Arthur's father was James McDonald and his mother was Charlotte Warren.  His paternal grandparents were Edward McDonald and Catherine Potaskie II; his maternal grandparents are Robert Warren and Fanny Janes.  He had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Percy, Francis, Hector, Florence and Winifred.  He was the youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 76 on January 24th, 1966.
