Olga was born in 1895.  Olga's father was William Thomas Groom and her mother was Margaret Elizabeth McDonald.  Her maternal grandparents were Edward McDonald and Maria (Mary) Maher.  She had six brothers and three sisters, named Sylvester, Edward, Francis, Milburne, Leo, William, Stella, Sylvia and Ivy.  She was the seventh oldest of the ten children.  She died in 1895.
