Francis was born in 1909.  Francis' father is Jas Delany and his mother is Mary Jane Kenna.  His maternal grandparents were Cornelius Kenna and Margaret Nisdale.  He had three brothers named Leo, Patrick and James.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  Francis is no longer alive.
