Colleen was born in July 1959.  Colleen's father was George Brown and her mother is Maureen Pearl Herbert.  Her paternal grandparents were Lindsay Murdock Graham Snushall and Margaret Ellen (Nell) McGlenchy.  She has two brothers and a sister, named Neville, Leslie and Gaye.  She is the third oldest of the four children.  She has three half-brothers named Trevor, Lindsay and Rodney.
