Norman was born in 1904.  Norman's father was Norman Leslie Attwood and his mother was Maude Ada Ethel Victoria Snushall .  His maternal grandparents were George Snushall  and Catherine Josephine Cassidy. He had a brother and a sister, named Arnold and Gloria.  He died at the age of 91 in 1995.
